Refunds/Returns 

All items listed in our shop are handmade. As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. We take pride in all our work, no matter how small or large the order is. 

If there is any issues with your items, you are responsible for reaching out to JK5 Creations LLC with in 24 hours after receiving the item; please send any pictures of item. Upon receipt and inspection of item, an email will be sent out to follow up with resolutions to your order. JK5 Creations LLC will do everything we can to resolve any issue and make your order correct. 

 

Exchanges

JK5 Creations LLC dose not accept exchanges. 

 

Ready to Ship/Pickup Items

All ready to ship items are shipped out with in 7 business days after ordered.  

All ready to pickup items are ready within 24 hours after ordered.

It is the customer responsibility to pick up orders in a timely manner.  We will only hold on to order for 6 weeks after email confirmation is sent.  After 6 weeks items go back into inventory and NO refund is issued.
