Shipping policy

Once JK5 Creations LLC hand delivers the package to USPS or UPS unfortunately
we no longer have control of the package. Please contact your local post office or ups for any issues.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you accidentally enter your address wrong and a package is returned to JK5 Creations LLC we will send you an invoice to have the package resent to the correct address.

Orders can be cancelled if we have not started production, however the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover our business cost. 

All ready to ship items, are shipped within 7 business days after ordered. Custom orders once placed, please allow 7-14 business day before items are shipped.
